Good Management Deposit
For certain events a Good Management Deposit will be required for each booking by occasional hirers. The Hirer must read the Quick Guidelines leaflet and the full Standard Conditions of Hire in order to ensure compliance with all Safety, Security, Cleaning and Good Management requirements.
The return of all, or part, of the Deposit is solely at the discretion of the Company.
Bouncy Castles and Other Inflatables
You are welcome to hire in and use either of these in our hall. However, they must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, and insured by the hirer.
A minimum of three hours hire period, plus the setting up and clearing away time, is required for parties or events using any of the above.
These must be set up, and cleared away within the time period. If additional time is required this will need to be booked, and paid for, in advance.
