Beth Skitmore Yoga

A gentle Apanaveda yoga practice to explore a more natural way of moving our bodies without stress or strain.

We will work on increasing range of motion and strength, but also finding space and stillness to fully unwind. Focussing on balanced breathing to calm the body and mind, while spending time working through postures to find movement that feels good for you. Finishing in a well deserved Savasana relaxation.

Suited to all levels of experience, collectively exploring the beauty of a yoga practice more deeply.
