5 - Standard Conditions of Hire

Contains all the things you need to know before using the hall or grounds.  You need to read this before you can sign the Booking Request form.

To finalise your Booking Request, this allows you to give us all the details we need to confirm exact costs and availability

7 - Insurance

The village hall has public liability insurance and employer’s liability insurance covering non-profit making organisations and volunteers.

Commercial hirers must provide their own cover.

Bouncy castles must be insured by the hirer, and supervised at all times.
