Grant funding for the new village hall:
We are extremely grateful to the following grant funders for their support of the new village hall. Without their help, none of this would be possible.:
Completion at last!
On 15th. June 2010, the Land Exchange between ourselves and Norfolk County Council was completed, which provides the site for the new village hall on the old school playing field and access to the facilities behind this, and the school with their larger, improved playing field.
Construction started on 5th. July!
Quinn Construction Services (East Anglia) Ltd will be undertaking the construction of the new village hall following a competitive tendering process. Construction will take 21 weeks, and the new hall will be in use before the old hall is demolished, so there will be little or no disruption to the availability of facilities and services.

The site has been prepared, and the floor slab is in place. The foundations for the external walls are now being laid.
