Garvestone & Thuxton Village Hall Garvestone Village Hall (New Build) Ltd

GARVESTONE, THUXTON & REYMERSTON 200 CLUB

Please support our village halls by joining our 200 Club!

What is a 200 Club and why join?

This is a community-wide village lottery to raise funds for the children’s play area, open space and the village halls in Garvestone and Reymerston. You have a chance of winning a cash prize, and you will be supporting valued facilities in the parish.

How does it benefit the village halls?

Half of the entry fees will be put towards the upkeep of these facilities. The play area and open space are available free of charge for residents to enjoy, and these funds will help fund future repairs and replacements.

How does it work? When you join, you are allocated a random number between 1 & 200 that is unique to you which will be entered in a regular draw.

How much does it cost? It costs just £2 a month for each unique number for 12 draws a year which will take place at the beginning of each month. The minimum subscription is for twelve months and you can join at any time.

How much might I win? Each draw will award two or three prizes of up to £50 each, and additional prizes at the Christmas draw, but these amounts will depend on the number of ticket holders.

How will I know if I have won?

Winners will be contacted, and prizes will be paid by cheque and either hand-delivered or posted to you. Each month the winners are published under News, events.

Who can enter, and can I purchase more than one number? You must be over 16 years to enter. Yes, you may purchase as many numbers as you wish.

How do I join? By completing the application form and arranging payment as described on this form. (Spare forms can be downloaded or are available at Garvestone village hall. Please send these to Mrs. Buckley, Treasurer, Punch Bowl, Dereham Road, Garvestone, Norwich NR9 4QU.

How is the 200 club managed? This is managed by Thuxton & Garvestone Institute, and profits divided between the two Village halls at the end of March based on the address of subscribers.
